Ayşe Nehir took the cloud-based HR software she co-founded in 2012 to 14 countries in 11 years and sold it to an international software group in 2023. At Çimlen she supports Filiz and Dal startups on building their first sales team, pricing and growing subscription revenue.

Mentoring approach

She focuses on the field rather than theory: in the first session she asks the startup for recordings of its last 20 sales meetings and works out the reasons for lost deals together. In pricing sessions she has founders test three different package designs against customer groups.

Role at Çimlen
