Battery management and optimisation software for solar plus storage plants.
Ayrık Enerji developed software that manages battery systems added to rooftop and ground-mounted solar plants according to market prices, consumption profile and weather forecasts. The software raises the plant owner's income by charging the battery in the cheapest hour and discharging in the most expensive.
Results
In the first deployments at 18 plants, additional battery-driven revenue rose by an average of 14%. The system works with most inverter and battery brands over standard protocols.
At Çimlen
The team, an Autumn 2024 Filiz graduate, positioned the product not only to plant operators but also to wholesale energy companies during the programme. A pilot with two of our corporate partners brought the first commercial contract.
Next step
The company wants to open the service to balancing and demand-side participation in the electricity market and to export the software to neighbouring markets through licensing. As a Çimlen alumnus it keeps access to community events and the mentor network.
