Hukuknot
A legal technology platform that scans contracts with AI and flags risky clauses.
Hukuknot is a platform that lets corporate legal departments and lawyers review contracts quickly. It scans Turkish contracts, extracts payment, penalty, termination, jurisdiction and confidentiality clauses and flags clauses that do not meet company policy.
Limits
The platform does not give legal opinions; it is an assistant that speeds up the lawyer's work. All flags are presented for lawyer approval and document data is kept in an encrypted environment per customer.
At Çimlen
The team, a Spring 2023 Dal graduate, concentrated on the procurement process in large corporate accounts during the programme. Today 140 companies and 22 law firms use the platform; annual contract reviews have exceeded 380,000.
Next step
The platform is expanding with tender specification and corporate policy comparison modules, and talks with our corporate partners are under way for a new investment round. As a Çimlen alumnus it keeps access to community events and the mentor network.
